As part of the Homeowner service we will visit your property annually and conduct a thorough inspection.  This allows you to highlight areas of concern and help us identify any future maintenance requirements you may have.  Following the visit, a condition report will be sent detailing any remidial work that needs undertaken.

We have an extensive range of qualified, tried and tested contractors who are on hand to attend to all your repairs and maintenance requirements.    

Don't waste a half day of your precious holiday again!  You can have your deliveries sent to our Service Centre, we can then arrange a more suitable time to drop off your goods.   Or if you prefer we can meet the delivery at your property and provide secure access for them.  Either way it is far cheaper than taking unecessary time off work!
