The management service is a stand alone package, so if you have already found tenants for your property or you are unhappy with you current managing agent then you can still benefit from our service.

The management service includes:

Mid Tenancy Check up - we will visit your property during the tenancy and provide you with a detailed condition report

Single point of contact - both you and the tenants have the peace of mind that all your queries will be answered by an experienced, friendly and local team, who have knowledge of your specific property and property maintenance expertise.

Call-out repairs service - using qualified tried and tested tradesman - we are focused on keeping the maintenance costs down, therefore, we only send specialist trades when absolutely necessary

Maintenance and Refurbishments - as well as reactive repair work we can also arrange decorating and general building work, including new bathrooms, kitchens and full refurbishments

Property Furnishing - we can organise the furnishing of your whole property ready for renting or we can simply arrange for new items of furniture as and when they are required.

Landlords Gas Safety Certificate - we arrange this important annual check on your behalf

Secure Key Holding - all keys are stored in a secure key cabinet facility. They are all number coded so there is no direct trace to your property.

Bespoke Services - we pride ourselves on offering a one stop shop for landlords. Whether it's organising a removal, remortgaging a property or arranging buildings and contents insurance, if you have a property requirement then we can definitely help.

As well as the management service we can also find you reliable, professional tenants through our Lettings Service - we take care of the whole process, from finding the tenants quickly to negotiating a market leading rent and arranging the tenancy agreement.

Looking after the tenant

Keeping the tenants happy is very important, most estate agents forget this. Happy tenants pay their rent on time, look after the property they live in and are far more likely to renew the tenancy. Should they decide to leave, and if they have been well looked after, they will not only be more accommodating towards viewings when re-marketing the property, but they will make a concerted effort to keep the place tidy.

Using our wide range of qualified, tried and tested contractors we can respond to breakdowns at very short notice. Where possible, all remedial works are planned in advance to ensure minimum disruption to the tenants, but should an emergency occur, we will respond immediately to protect your property.
