We currently manage properties in Balham, Battersea, Clapham, Fulham, Hammersmith, Kennington & Oval, London Bridge, Putney, Tooting and Wandsworth.

As landlords ourselves, we understand the need for a professional and efficient service.  We have a very personal and friendly approach to all aspects of our business and go to great lengths to ensure that both the landlord and the tenants are well looked after. 

Our detailed knowledge of property maintenance means we can decide before visiting a property whether a specialist trade is required, this allows us to keep maintenance costs as low as possible.

Meet The Team 

Andrew Bald, Director & Lettings Manager

Andrew started his career in property as a Property Developer, developing and investing in property across South West London. Andrew did most of the work himself and has successfully renovated more than 10 properties in the local area, which has given him an outstanding knowledge of property maintenance as well as a complete network of qualified, tried and tested tradesmen. 

He formed Manage My Property in January 2007, after being approached by friends  to manage their flats while they were overseas on work placements.  They were frustrated by the lack of choice currently available to landlords, especially if they required a "manage only" service having sourced tenants themselves, and had become fed up with estate agents' astronomical fees and generally bad reputation.

As it turned out, with his all round knowledge of the property industry and his detailed knowledge of property maintenance, he was ideally placed to start a property management company.  Right from the start his focus has been, and always will be, on delivering an affordable property management service that people trust.                                                                                                                                           

Lerri Calligher, Property Manager

Lerri left Italy 10 years ago to pursue a career in London's property industry.  He developed a passion for property and soon became a landlord himself - he now owns a small portfolio of property in London and Brazil.  After a short spell working for a letting agent in London Bridge he joined Manage My Property at the start of 2009. 

Lerri looks after all the administration of the property portfolio as well as processing all new business.  He has a detailed knowledge of residential letting legislation and property maintenance.  He also speaks 4 languages so is a great help with our international tenants and landlords.

He has an excellent customer service focus, and like Andrew, is comitted to delivering a service with trust and customer satisfaction at the centre of everything that we do.
