Firstly, we are not an estate agent.  We specialise in lettings and property management, and deliver a service that is personal, bespoke and very affordable.  We are passionate about the services we offer and proud that the majority of our business comes through word of mouth.   

Being a local, independent company, and as landlords ourselves, we understand the need for a professional and efficient service.  We have a very personal and friendly approach to all aspects of our business and go to great lengths to ensure that both the landlord and the tenants are well looked after. 

The lettings and property management services are available separately, giving clients the flexibility to let the property themselves while still having all the benefits that our management service has to offer. 

Our detailed knowledge of property maintenance means we can decide before visiting a property whether a specialist trade is required, in our experience 75% of all call outs to tenanted properties can be fixed by a handyman.  This allows us to keep the maintenance costs as low as possible.

The unique homeowner service relieves the stress of owning a home.  We understand that your spare time and holidays are precious, as a homeowner client you won't have to waste a day off work again. 

Our approach is very simple, we treat all the properties we manage like they're our own.  We fight hard to keep the repair costs down and always try to keep the tenants and clients happy.

Andrew started his career in property as a Property Developer, developing and investing in property across South West London. Andrew did most of the work himself and has successfully renovated more than 10 properties in the local area, which has given him an outstanding knowledge of property maintenance as well as a complete network of qualified, tried and tested tradesmen. 

He formed Manage My Property in January 2007, after being approached by friends  to manage their flats while they were overseas on work placements.  They were frustrated by the lack of choice currently available to landlords, especially if they required a "manage only" service having sourced tenants themselves, and had become fed up with estate agents' astronomical fees and generally bad reputation.

As it turned out, with his all round knowledge of the property industry and his detailed knowledge of property maintenance, he was ideally placed to start a property management company.  Right from the start his focus has been, and always will be, on delivering an affordable property management service that people trust.                                                                                                                                             Andrew Bald, Director
