We pride ourselves on giving homeowners a stress free selling experience and with our sales commission of only 1% our service represents excellent value.

Our unique business model allows us to offer these low fees while still maintaining a premium level of service. This is a refreshing change from paying extortionate fees to some estate agents for a sub-standard package and poor levels of customer service.

Lettings 8%

We achieve market leading rents and have an excellent record with renewals and minimising vacant periods. We market your property on all the leading portals - giving your property the maximum exposure.

There are no hidden fees. The letting fee covers all the marketing of the property, tenant referencing, tenancy agreement preparation and rent collection. We don't charge tenants administration fees making your property even more attractive to prospective applicants.

Management 4%

We deliver high quality, cost effective property maintenance with a very personal service. You will have total peace of mind that your property and tenants are being well looked after.

Our property management service is available to all landlords whether we provide the tenants or not, so don't feel trapped by your current letting agent or estate agent.

Maintenance & Refurbishments

Across all of our services we can offer advice on how to maintain your home and the key ways to add value to your property.

We have have a comprehensive network of approved tradesman covering the complete spectrum of building works, including handyman jobs, boilers and plumbing, decorating, new kitchens and bathrooms, and more extensive works like loft conversions and side extensions.

HIPs & EPCs

Both of these are now a legal requirement for selling or letting a property and need to be in place before marketing can begin.

For HIPs we charge £300 plus VAT for freehold and £325 plus VAT for leasehold. EPC's are £69 plus VAT.
