Keeping your rented property occupied at all times is important in maximising your returns.  We can find you professional, reliable tenants through our own marketing and using our network of affiliate websites.  Our priority is to minimise unoccupied periods so you maximise your profit. 

Once we have found a tenant for your property, they will be carefully screened by a completely independent tenant vetting agency so you can have total peace of mind that the tenants are professional and trustworthy.

With the offer accepted and the tenants approved, we then prepare the tenancy agreement for your approval and arrange the inventory.  Once the agreement is signed by all parties we collect the deposit and the first months rent prior to start of the tenancy.  Having moved into the property we will collect the rent from the tenants each month by standing order and then forward the net proceeds to your chosen bank account.
